The Eleanore was built from a Shelby GT500 which was built from a Mustang Fastback. So, you can get an Eleanor from either car — the Fastback would be a cheaper start.
    Here’s one being done:http://www.eleanormusclecar.com/

The Shelby Mustang is a performance muscle car first built in the 1960s. It was originally a series of Ford Mustangs which were specially modified by Carroll Shelby’s company and sold as a series. Nowadays, the difference between a true Shelby Mustang and a regular fastback is upwards of $100,000, especially the 67 which was made popular by Eleanor.

Engine, trans, suspension, interior and badges. Shelby really did not have much to do with the cars after 66. Ford bought the right to use his name. He delivered one prototype 67 to ford and they took it from there.

the engine has a .4 litre difference. The shelby is more efficient, faster, and more reliable in terms of safety

One is a slightly more obscene display of inequality on this planet than the other? I’m not sure
